Chapter 114: And So the Dancing Pervert and the Maximum Firepower Meet

Legacy Weapons refer to weapons manufactured using Divine Age technology, which amplifies and controls the power of the materials used.

The Crystal Bullet fired from the left fist, upon receiving special frequency vibrations emitted from the left fist (main unit), generates a gigantic crystal pillar roughly three meters long.

This crystal pillar is a time-limited object, collapsing into polygons in about five seconds, but its potential misuse is limitless. After all, it's a crystal pillar that shoots out Zudon from where the Crystal Bullet landed; good for traps, good for footholds... even good as a launch device.

"Hahahahaha! Did the game system analyze my Combat (Playing) data!? Isn't this the best toy!"

Elegant... is a bit of a stretch for my flailing limbs, but twisting my body in mid-air, I attempt to shorten the time by jumping over the wheel.

"Splendid landing... whoops, close one!"

Slipping zurun and almost falling backwards, I barely tilt my posture forward by swinging my arm forward with all my might.

That was close; if I still had the Marsh Daggers, I would have slipped off... I promise I'll strengthen you properly.

"Now then... forty-eight seconds. Time to pile it on!"

Infight + Hand of Fortune, the Best Friends Forever combo!

It's a narrow foothold, but much easier to move on than fighting on a tightrope. Smashing the wound-up fist into the front fork, hammering one more finishing blow into the crack that endured just one step before destruction... Bagiri, an irreversible sound echoes.

"Oops, as expected, hate Decoy doesn't last a minute... Your head is too high; bow down!"

The Overdress Golem raises its body, trying to shake me off. Me falling doesn't really matter, but I need it to die within the next nine seconds for the time limit.

Jumping off the steel beam I was using as a foothold, the destination is the top of the rising Overdress Golem's head.

Like a double sledgehammer in pro wrestling, layering both fists, adding the energy of the downward swing to the energy of the fall, I activate two skills.

One is "Impact Fist," which increases the stagger rate when hitting the head and adds a chance to stun to the attack. And the attack skill "Lethe Vanisher," which has a stun effect from the start and extends the stun duration to ten seconds if it stuns with this attack.

"Feeling like a Dunk Shoooooooot!!"

Smashing the obsidian fist-hammer onto the head of the mud doll with absolutely zero fashion sense. Hit the top of the head; fist incident angle is good, power is good, skills are good.

Conditions met, results chain. I don't know if a golem has a brain, but at least this monster's core is in its head. That's why this guy, carrying its weakness prominently on its back, is called "Suicidal" among players.

"Hah-haa! The next hammer blow will hurt even more!!"

As if struck by a knuckle sandwich from directly above, the Overdress Golem crouches down. Originally falling while ignoring landing, I fall headfirst, but ahead of my gaze, the wheel, finally losing its support and detaching from the front fork, falls as if in slow motion.

"Sorry, but I didn't jump aiming for a double KO. You're the only one dying."

Inventoria activate. Transfer into the storage space, resetting the fall momentum once.

I don't strictly understand why fall damage is reset, but Inventoria is made not by magic but by Divine Age science. The difference from magical teleportation probably lies around there.

I've used Inventoria several times, but I feel like I smash my back every time... Rubbing my back, I stand up and exit the storage space. Thrown into the air again, but this time in a posture prepared for landing.

"Oh, nice sound."

With a sound exactly like giant objects colliding, the wheel crashes into the Overdress Golem's brainpan. With the wheel growing out of its head—looking like a mohawk depending on how you view it—the Overdress Golem screams.

"You might be more popular that way; how about an image change?"

Using Flit Float whose cooldown ended, I step on empty space to kill the fall momentum.

Falling from five meters versus falling two and a half meters twice makes a huge difference in damage taken.

A slight numbness is proof that I couldn't fully mitigate the fall damage, but I am certainly standing on two legs, and the Overdress Golem, bowing its head with the hilarious wheel attached, collapses as if prostrating (dogeza).

"...'Lacking the sturdiness to support the wheel, if the wheel falls on its head, the core is crushed by the weight, causing instant death.' Seeing it in person, it's too stupid a cause of death for a late-game area boss."

The wheel falls right in front of me as I land. No, strictly speaking, along with the Overdress Golem's head crushed by the wheel.

Pinned to the ground by weight and gravity, the Overdress Golem shook its body two or three times, but simultaneously with stopping, its entire body turned into polygons and exploded.

It's a pity not getting experience points... but rushing is the priority now.

Touching the blue-tinged ingot to itemize it, tossing it into my inventory, I start running.

Destination: the Eleventh Town, Eleventar. There awaits the helper who sent a reply of acceptance within twenty seconds of my request.

"..........................."

Silence. The player is just standing there. As long as Shangri-La Frontier is an online game, "meeting up" exists quite naturally.

In that case, it's not so strange for someone to be standing in the middle of the main street of Eleventar.

Passing players think "Ah, must be meeting someone" without paying much attention... or so it doesn't go.

"Wait, isn't that Psyger-0...?"

"I heard she stayed behind leaving the advance group for some reason, but why in Eleventar?"

"Or rather, amazing every time I see her... full unique equipment."

"Is that the 'Heavenly Demon' series obtained from Unique Scenarios linked to the armor and greatsword respectively?"

"Rumor has it she defeated an enemy comparable to a Unique Monster solo..."

That player's name is Psyger-0. Standing out with individual strength, directly granted the honor of "Attack Holder (Maximum Firepower)" by the management, and still holding that title... In other words, the player who has consistently dealt the highest damage in this world.

Why did such a player leave the so-called "Advance Group" boarding the New Continent Survey Ship Torvante Discoverie, and remain here? Why is such a player standing alone in the middle of Eleventar?

Indeed, the areas before and after Eleventar aren't unnatural places for a frontline conquest player like Psyger-0 to be. And as long as Psyger-0 is a player, meeting someone isn't wrong.

In that case, who on earth is the meeting partner she has been waiting for roughly one hour?

Unable to ask her directly, surrounding players glance chira-chira at the white shining Holy Knight standing still in the middle of the street.

And Psyger-0, immobile as a statue, moves. Her reaction speed is unknown to the surrounding players, but it surpasses even the tension that filled her body when clearing the Unique Scenarios "Fallen Heavenly Emperor" and "Ascending Demon Lord" solo; her gaze must have caught her meeting partner.

And the players turn their gaze to the partner who is a Hero (Brave One) in various senses for making the top-tier player wait for an hour.

"Ah—... how long have I kept you waiting?"

"...I, JUST arrived."

LIAR!

and

WHAT IS THAT PERVERT!?

Which thought crossed the minds of more players? Unaware of the players suppressing screams about to burst from their throats, Psyger-0 faces the biggest climax of her life: the Invitation (Practically a Date) from Rakuro Hizutome (Sunraku)———!!!

Author's Afterword
Overdress Golem Backstory
Due to the setting that the Overdress Golem "absorbs surrounding objects regardless of nature to make them part of itself," the items dropped when defeated are randomly selected from rare items dropped in the Ruins of Past Glory.
Because of this, it was hunted continuously even before the weakness was discovered. As a result of efficiency enthusiasts pushing for time reduction, the "Brainpan Iron Hammer Route" was discovered.

And from the next chapter onwards, the Heroine gets serious...?
